083. Holiday Message - Thanks for an Epic 2021!

What an awesome year this was! I just wanted to thank everyone who tuned in every week or so to listen.

I also wanted to thank each and every guest, who so graciously spent time having conversations with me. I think we were able to spread messages of vulnerability, human connection and the importance of paying attention to our physical and mental health.

I’m so proud of the community we’ve built here at My Back 40. You’ve all been so engaged and I’ve enjoyed building new relationships with all of you. I know not every podcast is cycling centric, but I always try to make a connection to cycling since, and I’m sure I don’t just speak for myself, cycling is the staple of our lives.

As we enter 2022, please remember to be kind to one another. 2021 has been challenging for all of us and there’s light at the end of the tunnel. This coming summer is going to epic, and I can’t wait to share it with you via my writing and podcasts.
